Coat: Armani Exchange

Dress: She Inside

Sunnies: Nasty Gal

Heels: Free People

These heels are my new favorites! I love how tall they make my 5’4 self look. I can’t wait to style them in winter with tights too. They really are great for any season!

This look is a huge nod to the whole 70’s era, it has been taking over the fashion world. The 70’s have been the front runner for a while now and I personally love these fashion styles but I wonder how long it will last till people start to get tired of it. I always try and never follow the fast trends and fads that come into fashion because its always best to follow your own path 🙂

I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween weekend. Mine was amazing! I love any chance to dress up and wear crazy items! If you want a peek at my costume you can look here, on my insta page! My boyfriend was a Dalmatian and I was Cruella De Vil! I love wearing wigs, so fun!

Don’t forget to have a Happy Monday! ♥ Thanks for stopping by!

Here is a short and sweet post for you:)  I love the details of this dress. The pastel embroidery is truly beautiful!

It was the perfect day for a walk in the park. Sometimes it is nice to get out of the city and find any park to stroll through.

I am so sad days are getting colder and shorter. How did the summer go by so fast?

I hope you all had a perfect weekend and of course a happy Monday! ♥

Heels: Forever 21

I wore this look for a date night in the Theater District with my special someone. We went to see Aladdin!
It was a great production.
Since I was young I’ve loved going to the theater. Broadway shows are so magical! I would have to say my favorite is Wicked. I have seen it 3 times, once in London, once St. Louis and once in New York City.

This fluffy top from Misguided has been my obsession from the very moment it arrived at my apartment. I love the contrast of the dark black color to the softness of the feathers. I wish you all could touch it 😉

Have a great Monday!

This cape coat is everything! I love wearing capes. I actually bought this in May in anticipation of it getting cold enough to finally wear! I will be living in this all month.

October is one of my favorite months! Halloween is always so much fun. I love dressing up and making costumes. It’s so exciting!

Is anyone else super excited for American Horror Story and The Walking Dead starting this week? I am very much excited! I do not normally have time for TV, but there are a few shows that I cannot miss.

I hope you all had a great weekend and a beautiful Monday! ♥

Isn’t this stained glass house beautiful? Many people when they come to visit New York completely forget about Brooklyn but BK can be so amazing. Now I may be bias as I am a brooklynite, but some of the best restaurants and sites are located in the great parts of Brooklyn. Brooklyn Bridge Park is one of my favorites! I love this area as there so much to see and do! If you ever travel over to Brooklyn this is a must see!
Ok, so lets talk fashion! These heels have become my absolute go-to black heels. They are so comfortable and always add a little something to my outfit. We all have that one pair that we grab time after time! I am thinking about buying an exact same pair just to have when these ones have to be retired, but that’s a little crazy right?
While I think about buying yet another pair of heels, I hope your have a wonderful Tuesday! ♥

Here is a short but sweet post 🙂 I am such a softie for a timeless pink dress! This silhouette is perfect, it is so chic and sexy at the same time! Perfect for a dinner date with that special someone. I know I will be wearing this dress for years to come.  This will probably be my last “summer attire” post as it is starting to get cooler here in New York.

I am so glad it is almost Friday but first have a wonderful Thursday! Now I am off to dinner with my someone special! ♥

I love, love, love the character New Orleans possesses! Speaking of possessed, my mother, sister and I went on a haunted ghost tour. It was beyond fun because I love learning about all of the old stories! Believe in them or not they’re still fun to explore.
On the tour we went to the actual mansion of Madame Delphine LaLaurie, (you may be familiar with her if you have watched American Horror Story Coven) and heard stories of what happened in the house. It was insane! The ghost tour of New Orleans is not for the faint of heart.
NOLA was also exciting because around every street corner was live music! One of my favorite things to do is go to concerts and listen to live music. So being in New Orleans with live music everywhere was perfect for me!
I had such a great time listening to music, drinking tasty drinks, eating scrumptious beignets and spending time with my beautiful family! No doubt, I will return to this crazy, fun city soon!
Have a happy Tuesday!
